Class Time Table
Total Body Conditioning
This class is our main service that follows a strength and conditioning programme designed to give you results in strength, balance, core control and power. Each session finishes with a conditioning element that is varied to keep sessions engaging and challenging.
Classes run on the following times daily.
- 6:00 a.m
- 7:00 a.m
- 8:15 a.m (excl Tues & Thurs)
- 9:30 a.m
- 12:30 p.m (excl Tues & Thurs)
- 5:30 p.m
- 6:30 p.m
- 7:30 p.m (Excl. Tues, Thurs)
- 8:30 p.m (Excl. Tues, Thurs, Fri)
Mobility
Our mobility class focuses on improving joint flexibility, range of motion, and movement efficiency. It combines static & dynamic stretches, controlled movements, and stability exercises to enhance overall mobility, reduce stiffness, and prevent injuries. These classes are great for anyone looking to move better in daily life and relieve tension
Classes run on the following times:
- 9 a.m Tues & Thurs
- 7 a.m Friday
Hyrox Style
Following the increasing popular fitness event 'Hyrox' we offer several classes a week focusing on the main movements involved supporting conditioning for those that are working towards a Hyrox, or those that want to get a good sweat on!
Classes run on the following times:
- 7:30 p.m Tues & Thurs
- 9 a.m Saturday

Our gym is one of the largest strength and conditioning facilities in the Bristol area.
Our coaches are some of the best in the business with their extensive knowledge and experience.
Group Personal Training
Expert-led group training in a welcoming, high-energy environment. Our small group sizes mean you get personalised coaching every time, with structured programs designed by experienced trainers so you can progress without guesswork.
